Escort Link Trading – Tracking Your Links

Trading links between your site and escort agencies, independents and directories is a great way to drive traffic to your site and boost search engine rankings. Last week I taught you how to email website owners to maximize your response rates. Today I’ll show you a simple way to keep track of the sites you have contacted.

If you are serious about marketing your site and getting links, you should be aiming for at least 20 sites contacted a week for a link trade. Although some is better than none! After a couple of weeks you’ll realize that it’s damn hard to keep track of all the emails you send and the last thing you want to do is send 5 emails to the same webmaster. You’ll be like one of those annoying spammers I talked about last time.

The simplest way to keep track of the emails you send is through a spreadsheet, I choose google docs because it’s free and I can access it anywhere.

An efficient way of doing this is to spend 20-30mins searching for possible sites to get links from and add them all to the spreadsheet. Then once you add them to the spreadsheet you can create all the emails in 1 go, just change the email address and name on each 1 and away you go…

As the responses start rolling in just update your spreadsheet. Having all the details arranged in an organized way will also help when it comes time to checking whether people still have your link up in 6 or 12 months time!
