More Choices Doesn't Always Mean Better

We don’t fool ourselves into thinking our escort website manager can be everything to all clients. If we were to go down this path our tool would pretty soon become bloated, complicated and ultimately harder to use. More choice makes decision-making harder and increases dissatisfaction. This has business applications too. When you create 20 product or service options and prices for your clients to choose between, you are increasing the likelihood of that client being paralysed and unable to make a choice. Try dumbing things down and seeing if that affects your response rate!
